Why did my subscription fail?
A subscription can fail for several reasons, such as insufficient account balance, the product quota being sold out at the time of subscription, or your account being temporarily restricted for security reasons.
Why can't I cancel my subscription?
You can only cancel a subscription during the product's "subscription period". Once the subscription period ends, you can no longer cancel it.
Can I get my subscribed quantity back early?
We apologize, but as our Easy Earn service currently offers fixed-term products with shorter durations, we do not provide an early withdrawal function. Please confirm that your subscribed quantity will not be needed for other uses during the investment period before you subscribe.
When will earnings be distributed?
Within 5 hours after the end of the earning period, the system will return your subscribed quantity and earnings to your available assets. (If auto-renewal is enabled, only your earnings will be returned to your available assets, and your subscribed quantity will be reinvested for you.)
What fees apply to Easy Earn?
When you subscribe to an Easy Earn product, we charge 0.42% of the subscription quantity as a service fee, which is only charged when the order is first created. If auto-renewal is enabled, no service fee applies to the renewed term.
