Event Period & Reward Distribution

• Event Period: From June 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 to June 12, 2026, at 23:59:59 (UTC+8).
• Total Rewards: The total prize pool includes 200 Pizza Hut vouchers and 400 USDT (equivalent to approximately 37,200 TWD). Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which users complete the tasks, while supplies last. If the total reward limit is reached, no further rewards will be issued, and no prior notice will be given.

Event Overview

Complete the designated tasks during the event period to earn corresponding rewards:

• Download & Register: Download the app, complete registration, pass KYC verification, and successfully bind a bank account to receive one Pizza Hut voucher.
• Buy Bitcoin: Purchase Bitcoin worth at least 1,500 TWD to receive a 2 USDT airdrop reward.

Task Details

• Download & Register: This task is for newly registered users only. You must submit your bank binding application before June 12, 2026, at 23:59:59, and successfully complete the binding process before June 19, 2026, at 23:59:59 to qualify for the reward. Each user is limited to one reward. If a user completes a bank binding application during the event period (June 1, 2026, 12:00:00 to June 12, 2026, 23:59:59) but it is not their first time applying, they will not be eligible.
• Buy Bitcoin: Open to both new and existing users. Simply make a single purchase of Bitcoin worth at least 1,500 TWD between June 1, 2026, 12:00:00 and June 12, 2026, 23:59:59 to receive a 2 USDT reward. Each user is limited to one reward.

*Users can participate in both tasks using the same account, but each individual reward can only be claimed once.

Reward Distribution Rules

• Each account can only claim the reward for each task once.
• Download & Register rewards will be distributed within 14 calendar days after the event ends.
• Buy Bitcoin rewards will be distributed within 7 calendar days after the user completes the task requirements.
• If, at the time of reward distribution, a user's account is found to be under full or partial service restrictions due to violations of relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or the company's User Terms, the reward will not be issued, and no further notice will be given.

Event Participation Guidelines

• This event is only open to individual accounts.
• By participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to abide by the ZONE Wallet User Terms, Privacy Policy, and all rules, methods, disclaimers, and risk warnings associated with this event, including but not limited to these Event Rules and Terms and Conditions.
• Participants agree that ZONE Wallet may collect, process, and utilize the personal data provided by participants for marketing, surveys, statistics, and research analysis purposes.
• ZONE Wallet reserves the ultimate right to modify, suspend, terminate, or interpret this event at any time (including but not limited to replacing the event, early termination, or extending the event duration). Any updates will be based on the official event announcement.
• ZONE Wallet shall not bear any legal liability, and participants shall raise no objections, if any data submitted by participants is lost, incorrect, unidentifiable, or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technical issues, or any other reasons not attributable to ZONE Wallet. ZONE Wallet will not provide any notice in such instances.
• In the event of force majeure or events not attributable to ZONE Wallet, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, pandemics, power outages, or strikes, ZONE Wallet reserves the right to change the event date and format.
• If a participant provides incorrect data or fails to follow the correct event process—such as providing false personal information, participating using fraudulent or third-party accounts, acting dishonestly, or violating any event regulations—ZONE Wallet reserves all rights, including the right to disqualify the participant and revoke their rewards. If the reward has already been issued, the participant must return it. The participant shall be fully liable for any damages and expenses (including but not limited to infringement damages, loss of business reputation, litigation costs, and attorney fees) incurred by ZONE Wallet as a result of such behavior.
• Matters not covered in these Event Rules shall be supplemented by the ZONE Wallet User Terms, Privacy Policy, and relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of litigation arising from this event, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.

Reward Collection Notes

• By participating in this event, you agree and authorize ZONE Wallet to collect, process, and use your personal data for tax declaration and other necessary purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The USDT rewards distributed to participants will be converted into TWD value based on the ZONE Wallet exchange rate at the time of settlement and will be declared in accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If withholding taxes apply by law, the reward will be distributed after deducting the relevant amounts. Any updates or changes to tax regulations shall be implemented in accordance with the revised provisions.
